A few days ago the Berkeley Repertory Theatre announced the cast for Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes, Tony Kushner's masterpiece.
Randy Harrison is in this important production with the role of Prior Walter, a young gay man with AIDS, who experiences various heavenly visions. It's a very demanding project, because the play is divided in two parts: Millennium Approaches and Perestroika, both with a running time of three and a half hours, with a total running time of approximately seven hours.
The previews start on April 17th and the show is scheduled until July 22nd.
