Timesunion.com recently posted an article with reviews for future plays that they describe as must-see. Among those there’s Endgame, the play that will feature Randy in its cast at Berkshire Theatre Festival this summer (from July 6th to 24th). Thank you Silvietta!
This is what they say about Endgame and Randy:
Endgame When: July 6-24
Where: Unicorn Stage, Berkshire Theatre Festival, 6 East St., Stockbridge, Mass.
Why: Berkshire Theatre Festival's Unicorn Stage has been making room for Samuel Beckett for years, with well-received productions of "Texts for Nothing," performed in 1999 by legendary Open Theatre founder Joseph Chaikin, and a 2008 revival of "Waiting for Godot." Randy Harrison was magnificent as Lucky in the latter, and he returns in the cast of "Endgame" -- Beckett's absurd musing on life and death -- at the Unicorn. Harrison plays Nagg, a character with no legs who lives in a trashcan, so it must be Beckett. Eric Hill directs.”
