Hello everyone! The latest newsletter we received from (tAB) mentioned a new collaboration for a short film with Patrick J. Donnelly, cinematographer of “thinking…”

This short movie is an adaptation of the conspirator scenes from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. The shooting started at the end of June, 2009 in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Now we have a picture of the cast of the short film, with director Patrick J. Donnelly. Thanks to Katia and Lory!

A Drag Reading of “Notes on a scandal” will take place on April 29th, 2010, at 8.30 p.m. at the Cornelia Street Café. Randy is listed as one of the actors on stage. It’s not clear if the male actors playing females will be actually dressed in Drag or not…

This is what’s posted on the website corneliastreetcafe.com:

Notes on a Scandal
David Devoe, host
Jack Ferver; Christian Coulson; Jenn Harris; Randy Harrison; Phillip Taratula; Matthew Wilkas

A very dramatic reading of a parody of Notes on a Scandal.

An over the top, insane evening of lesbian lust, sociopath school teachers, and outlandish fighting, sex, and more fighting- all done with British accents! Played with camp hysteria (and quite a bit more actually) of the 2006 film that it parodies, this reading features stars of film, television, Broadway, Off-Broadway, and... contemporary dance?
Middle aged, lonely and bitter teacher, Barbara (played by Philip Taratula), falls for the young, lonely, and idealistic new teacher on the block, Sheba (played by Jack Ferver). However Sheba is married. Not a lesbian. And into her 15 year old student. When Barbara discovers Sheba’s transgression, what ensues is a tense tete-a-tete of two desperate women. There will be tears before bedtime.

On April 28th, 2010, Randy will perform again in “Our hit parade” at the Joe’s pub (New York):

Show Description
OUR HIT PARADE is a live top-ten countdown show created by Tony nominee and Obie winner Kenny Mellman (Kiki & Herb), carnal chanteuse Bridget Everett (At Least It's Pink at Ars Nova), pop song opera impresario Neal Medlyn (Neal Medlyn's Unpronounceable Symbol at P.S. 122), producer and MTV cameraman Brendan Kennedy, and writers Ada Calhoun and Peter Schjeldahl. The show is inspired by the musical sketch series Your Hit Parade that ran on radio and then television from 1935 to 1959. On that show, cast members performed the week's most popular songs as comically literal skits. In this show, the hosts and special guest stars from the local performance scene present their renditions of current popular hits live on stage!

Rotating guests include: Billy Eichner, Molly Pope, Lady Rizo, Randy Harrison, Jenn Harris, Murray Hill, Sherry Vine, Corn Mo, The Wau Wau Sisters, and many more…
